Technical Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation of plans and programs to ensure internal development and increased productivity.
Support the development of the technical work plan, schedules, and workflow to improve efficiency and maintain team harmony.
Supervise, analyze, and recommend improvements for products, designs, and costs to enhance competitiveness.
Assist in the design and development of new products and ensure functionality aligns with requirements.
Coordinate with procurement for prototype materials and oversee new model designs.
Conduct technical analysis of competitor products.
Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams in product presentations and customer interactions.
Identify and report implementation issues affecting timelines or budgets.
Support manufacturing to ensure products are fabricated per design intent.
Develop and maintain technical procedures related to core machine technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define technical needs and solutions.
Prepare periodic reports on technical activities and ensure smooth departmental operations.
Conduct meetings and performance evaluations for subordinates, manage administrative affairs, and carry out other tasks assigned by the Technical Manager.
Job Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 0-2 years experience, preferably in wires & cables or utility industry.
Professional knowledge in Product Design, Cable Technology, Manufacturing Practices, Industrial and Quality Standards, and Product Development Life Cycle.
Strong skills in supervision, analysis, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal relations, follow-up, and cost-quality awareness.
Excellent command of the English language.
Completed advanced training in Cable Manufacturing Technology, Product Design, Product Development Life Cycle, and design-related computer applications.
