- At least 10 years of experience in UAE in contracting company.
- Must have a Bachelor Degree in (Civil Engineering or Architecture) or equivalent Engineering Degree.
- Professional knowledge of material specifications, requirements & costs.
- Professional Knowledge of AutoCAD and other drafting programs.
- Effective oral & written communication skills.
- Able to identify, analyze and solve problems.
