Role Summary
Time Training Center is seeking a senior Technical & Executive Leadership and Management Instructor on a freelance basis to deliver industry-driven professional development programs. The instructor must bring strong leadership experience in technical or engineering organizations and the ability to train professionals in leadership, management, and strategic decision-making. Candidates must have proven teaching or corporate training experience and the ability to independently prepare structured presentations and course materials. Training delivery must be practical, interactive, and case-study driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training in technical leadership and executive management.
- Teach leadership principles for engineering and technical professionals.
- Provide training on management strategies, decision-making, and organizational leadership.
- Deliver practical sessions on team leadership, communication, and performance management.
- Teach project leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
- Explain leadership approaches for managing technical teams and complex projects.
- Train learners on problem-solving, leadership development, and management best practices.
- Deliver case-based training using real organizational or leadership scenarios.
- Prepare and deliver their own presentations and course materials.
- Develop exercises, workshops, and leadership assessments.
- Align course delivery with TTC training quality standards.
- Support course outline refinement where required.
Mandatory Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years professional experience in leadership, management, or senior technical roles.
- Minimum 5+ years leadership or managerial experience.
- Hands-on experience managing teams, projects, or organizational functions.
- Experience in technical, engineering, or corporate environments required.
- Teaching or corporate training delivery experience mandatory.
- Must be able to independently prepare professional training presentations.
- Not purely academic must include real organizational or leadership experience
