Key Responsibilities
- Educational Background: A doctoral degree in Petroleum Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Testing Technology and Instruments, or Non-destructive Testing Technology.
- Academic Achievements: Published high-level academic papers in well-known domestic and international journals or authored monographs, particularly with research achievements in the field of oil and natural gas.
- Professional Competence: Served as a director or auditor in special inspection institutions or international inspection and testing organizations, with a solid theoretical foundation and familiarity with the latest technologies and methodologies, as well as a strong understanding of relevant international and domestic laws, regulations, and technical standards. Proficient in the operation and maintenance of various inspection and testing instruments, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues. Led integrity assessment projects for large-scale refining and petrochemical units, long-distance pipelines, pressure vessels, or offshore platforms, and possesses hands-on experience in handling complex defects such as stress corrosion cracking, hydrogen damage, and high-temperature creep. Familiar with full lifecycle equipment management, covering design and material selection, manufacturing supervision, in-service inspection, and maintenance strategy development, and capable of proposing innovative solutions in both theoretical research and practical application to drive technological advancement.
- Research Capability: Demonstrate strong research capabilities, including the ability towrite technical reports, publish academic papers, and participate in or lead the application and implementation of research projects.
- Communication and Management Skills:Exhibit good teamwork spirit and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, other departments, and external institutions; possibly have certain project management, personnel training, and technical guidance abilities.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, continuously learn new testing technologies and methods, and participate in professional trainings and conferences to keep professional knowledge at the forefront.
- Language Proficiency: Have good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English to facilitate reading international literature and participating in international cooperation and exchanges.
