Technical Field Engineer Sales Support
We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Technical Field Engineer to join our Sales Support team. The ideal candidate will combine strong lubrication expertise with customer-facing and commercial support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lubrication audits for industrial and mobile equipment.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for engines, compressors, gearboxes, and other critical assets.
- Diagnose lubrication-related failures including contamination, wear, and improper application.
- Support sales teams in customer meetings by presenting product strengths and recommending suitable lubrication solutions.
- Ensure compliance with OEM requirements and international standards.
- Design and manage oil sampling programs, coordinate with laboratories, and interpret test results.
- Discuss findings with customers and provide actionable technical recommendations.
- Deliver technical training sessions and presentations.
- Prepare professional technical reports and audit summaries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of industrial and automotive lubrication systems.
- Experience in oil analysis and laboratory coordination.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales teams and customers.
