We are looking for a Technical Health Content Specialist to bridge the gap between healthcare expertise and digital content. This role is ideal for someone who combines clinical knowledge, technical writing skills, and digital content strategy to create accurate, engaging, and compliant health-related content.
You will collaborate with medical experts, product teams, and marketing stakeholders to produce high-quality content that supports patient education, product adoption, and brand credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical and medical content (articles, guides, FAQs, product content, whitepapers).
- Translate complex medical and scientific information into clear, user-friendly language.
- Ensure all content complies with healthcare regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, researchers, and cross-functional teams to validate accuracy.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital performance while maintaining medical integrity.
- Review and update existing content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and evidence-based.
- Support content strategy aligned with patient engagement, product education, and business goals.
- Stay updated on healthcare trends, medical research, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Arabic
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field.
- 36+ years of experience in medical/health content writing or technical writing.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare concepts.
- Proven experience in technical writing, content development, or medical communications.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital content best practices.
- Experience working with healthcare compliance/regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, or local regulations).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital health, health tech, or telemedicine platforms.
- Knowledge of UX writing and patient journey content.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
