Role Description The Technical Interior Architect will be responsible for developing detailed interior architectural designs and technical drawings for projects based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing interior fit-out documentation, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring design intent is translated accurately into construction details. The role involves reviewing materials and finishes, conducting site visits, resolving technical issues, and supporting project management throughout design and execution stages. This is a full-time, hybrid position, combining on-site collaboration at the Dubai office with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetically coherent layouts.
Candidates should possess solid Architecture and Interior Architecture capabilities to develop technical drawings, details, and coordinated design packages.
Candidates should possess experience in Interior Fit-out, including documentation, specifications, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.
Relevant degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field is preferred.
Strong technical detailing skills, knowledge of building codes and standards in the UAE, and familiarity with materials and finishes are advantageous.
Effective communication, teamwork, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Previous experience in a multidisciplinary or design-build environment and fluency in English are beneficial; Arabic language skills are a plus.
