Technical Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts and detailed design packages for interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Develop layouts, material selections, finishes, and design details.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and site teams throughout project stages.
• Review and revise drawings based on project and site requirements.
• Ensure the design intent, materials, and project standards are accurately reflected during execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3–5 years of experience in Interior Design, preferably within Interior Fit-Out.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of technical/shop drawings, construction details, BOQs, materials, and finishes.
• Experience in Commercial, Hospitality, and High-End Residential projects is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with site and technical teams.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• SketchUp knowledge is a plus.
