Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented Technical IT Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs and support our clients across the GCC region. This role combines training delivery, technical presales, curriculum customization, and continuous technical upskilling. The ideal candidate is a certified professional trainer (preferably a Microsoft Certified Trainer MCT) with a passion for knowledge sharing, exceptional communication skills, and a strong grasp of modern IT technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Training, Teaching, and designing effective course materials.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in professional IT training.
• MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) credentials or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to evolving IT landscapes.
• Experience working in the Gulf region and knowledge of local training needs is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is highly desirable.
