Technical Lead Architect - (Python, API, Microservices)

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and govern architecture and engineering standards.

2. Lead solutioning for complex cross-functional initiatives.

3. Review application architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and data flows.

4. Conduct critical code reviews and identify scalability, security, and reliability

risks.

5. Create reusable reference architectures and engineering frameworks.

6. Define standards for deployment, monitoring, observability, testing,

versioning, and incident management.

7. Build proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies and engineering patterns.

8. Drive platform reuse and reduce duplicated engineering effort.

9. Support teams in resolving critical production issues.

10. Maintain architecture documentation, engineering guidelines, and technical

standards.

11. Coach engineers and technical leads through design reviews and hands-on

guidance.

Required Experience

7+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or solution

architecture experience.

Strong expertise in Python and backend application design.

Experience designing large-scale distributed systems.

Lead - Engineering Excellence & Platform Architecture

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and SQL.

Experience with Cloud Platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.

Strong understanding of security, reliability, system observability, and

performance optimization.

Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills.
