Technical Lead Core Banking Transformation

Required Experience

• experience in banking technology, with at least 5 years in a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect role.
• Mandatory experience working on banking projects within Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and banking technology compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Core Banking Systems (such as Temenos T24, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or similar).
• Strong expertise in Payment Systems, including integration with national and international payment infrastructures.
• Experience designing or managing Data Center architecture, infrastructure, and disaster recovery environments.
• Proven experience defining and implementing end-to-end enterprise architecture for banking transformation programs.
• Experience working with banking technology vendors and system integrators.
