We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join as a Technical Lead for an innovative waste

As a core team member, you will shape the technical vision, oversee development, and build a
scalable digital platform that optimizes operations, manages assets, and supports data-driven
decisions for sustainable waste practices.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Architect, design, and develop the core platform features for waste management and sustainability reporting
- Drive product development from concept through MVP and beyond, aligning technical efforts with the broader product vision
- System Design:
- Define and guide the implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems that align with industry best practices
- Problem-Solving:
- Address challenges like system integrations, API development, and handling large-scale data
- Collaboration:
- Serve as the technical liaison between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business goals
- Represent the technical team in strategic discussions with clients and partners
Requirements
Frontend Development:
- Expertise in React, Angular, or Vue.js for building intuitive and responsive interfaces
- Backend Development:
- Strong experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or similar micro-services-based API design
- IoT Integration:
- Hands-on experience with IoT device integration for real-time data collection and management
- Database:
- Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL
- Cloud & DevOps:
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure; experience deploying SaaS solutions
