Role Description The Software Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new leads for Kaii Lab's technology and digital services, ensuring a healthy pipeline of potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets and companies, building and maintaining lead lists, and using digital channels (email, social media, CRM tools) to reach and engage prospective clients. The specialist collaborates closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, prepare outreach templates, and track lead activity and conversion rates. The role also involves documenting interactions, continuously improving lead generation processes, and providing regular reports and insights to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong lead-focused skills, including New Leads and Lead Generation, with a track record of building and managing qualified pipelines.
  • Sales-oriented skills, including Sales and effective Communication, to engage prospects, handle objections, and support deal progression.
  • Analytical and investigative skills, including Research, to identify target sectors, decision-makers, and opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and basic sales analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage time and priorities independently.
  • Previous experience in B2B software, SaaS, or digital services lead generation is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
