Job Summary
The Technical Lead is responsible for leading technical teams and overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and software environments. The role involves guiding development teams, ensuring system reliability, and supporting the organization's technology strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor technical teams to deliver high-quality systems and software solutions.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT systems and software environments.

- Ensure the stability, performance, and security of systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve system efficiency.
- Review system architecture and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and system security policies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and management to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT systems management, software environments, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of system administration, infrastructure management, and software deployment.
- Experience working with Linux/Windows environments and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools is preferred.
