Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical architecture and development across e-commerce storefronts, backend systems, and mobile applications
- Plan development sprints and manage the technical roadmap, ensuring execution of priorities
- Lead and manage the development team, monitoring productivity and resource utilization
- Produce regular reports for management covering achievements, progress, and solutions
- Conduct market research comparing platform against competition to maintain leadership in features, UX, and functionality
- Monitor client interactions to identify technical challenges affecting conversion
- Drive ongoing R&D; to maintain best-in-class platform performance
- Optimize workflows for internal teams, clients, and vendors
Skills / Experience Required:
- Strong experience with e-commerce platforms
- Backend development expertise (PHP/Laravel preferred)
- Mobile development experience (Flutter preferred)
- CRM integration experience
- Team leadership and project management skills
- Data-driven decision making
