Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) Lead to join our team and work closely with the BizApps + North project team in designing, developing, and implementing Revenue Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB) configurations, along with hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end ARM implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of hands-on Salesforcedevelopment and implementation experience.
• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) implementation.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB)
  • Salesforce Platform configuration and customization
  • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations
• Experience in Salesforce development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Salesforce certifications related to Revenue Cloud or Salesforce Platform are preferred.

 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the BizApps + North project team to develop and implement Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB) based on business requirements.
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations for scalable implementations.
• Develop, configure, and deploy ARM components following Salesforce best practices.
• Perform comprehensive unit testing of developed components and obtain review and approval from the BizApps team.
• Support system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze defects, and provide timely resolutions during testing and post-deployment phases.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and adherence to project standards and governance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users to deliver successful project outcomes.
