Technical Manager MEP

Are you an experienced MEP Technical Manager ready to take the lead on complex projects and drive technical excellence

We're looking for a strong technical leader with 12–15+ years of experience to join our team in Egypt.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead and manage the technical MEP team.

Oversee HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting technical activities.

Review designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.

Manage RFIs and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Coordinate with consultants and other project disciplines.

Ensure technical deliverables meet project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project execution.

What We're Looking For

12–15+ years of relevant MEP experience

Strong expertise in HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting

Proven team management & technical leadership experience

Strong background in design review, shop drawings, submittals & RFIs

Excellent consultant and multidisciplinary coordination skills

Hospital / Healthcare project experience is highly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
