Role Description

As a Technical Engineer (Mechanical Design), you will manage all technical aspects of our projects, focusing on swimming pools, MEP systems, and thermal cabins. You will prepare material submittals, create shop drawings, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Duties:

1.     Utilize Revit to create detailed 3D models for swimming pool and thermal cabin projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.

2.     Prepare comprehensive material submittals, including specifications, samples, and technical data for project approvals specific to MEP and pool systems.

3.     Develop shop drawings based on project requirements and design intent, coordinating with other disciplines, especially MEP.

4.     Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project execution.

5.     Conduct technical reviews of project documentation to ensure alignment with industry standards and client requirements.

6.     Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing any issues related to pools, MEP systems, and thermal cabins, ensuring quality control.

7.     Assist in the preparation of project proposals and technical documentation as required.

8.     Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to swimming pools and wellness facilities.

9.     Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

10. Support the training and development of junior technical staff as needed.

Qualifications

1.     Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2.     Proven experience as a Technical Engineer in design or consulting offices, preferably related to swimming pools, MEP, or thermal cabins.

3.     Full proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.

4.     Strong knowledge of technical standards, building codes, and industry best practices related to pools and wellness facilities.

5.     Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

6.     Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

7.     Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
