Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Office Engineer - Architectural, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for preparing shop drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and coordination with civil and electrical engineering teams. Day-to-day tasks include quantity surveying, ensuring project specifications are met, and providing technical support to the architectural team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Proficiency in preparing Shop Drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Skilled in Quantity Surveying
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools
• Previous experience in real estate development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
