Location: Alexandria, Egypt

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: Furniture / Fit-Out / Interior Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update Furniture Shop Drawings and technical details.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and Material Take-Offs (MTO).
• Support cost estimation and budgeting for furniture works.
• Review furniture specifications, materials, finishes, hardware, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, Suppliers, and Site Teams.
• Coordinate furniture works with Architectural, Civil, Electrical, and MEP requirements.
• Review technical submissions, material samples, and supplier quotations.
• Conduct site visits and support the team in resolving technical and installation issues.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, drawing revisions, and project records.
• Ensure furniture works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Technical Office, Furniture, Fit-Out, Interior Design, or Construction.
• Strong knowledge of Furniture Shop Drawings and technical detailing.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, hardware, and manufacturing methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
