Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Office Engineer based in Alexandria. The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, working on Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing quantity surveying, and collaborating on civil and electrical engineering processes. The role involves coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with technical and design specifications, and contributing to high-quality project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in related field.
• Proficiency in preparing Shop Drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Expertise in Quantity Surveying and cost estimation practices
• Attention to detail and precision in technical drawings and documentation
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering, Interior Design or related technical field
• Familiarity with industry standards, local regulations, and project management practices is a plus
• Proven track record managing medium to large-scale, high-end commercial, or residential fit-out projects.
