looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Office Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing accurate and detailed shop drawings / execution drawings

Performing quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, and pricing

Preparing and monitoring project execution schedules

Coordinating technical details to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

25 years of relevant experience in a technical office role

Strong experience in execution drawings

Solid knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQs, cost estimation, and pricing

Ability to prepare and follow up time schedules

Software Skills:

AutoCAD (excellent command)

Basic knowledge of 3ds Max

Microsoft Office

Work Location:

6th of October City

Working Hours:

8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Friday & Saturday off
