Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Office Engineer located in Qesm 3rd New Cairo. The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for preparing shop drawings and bills of quantities (BOQ), managing quantity surveying tasks, assisting in civil and electrical engineering design reviews, and ensuring the accuracy of project documentation. The role also involves coordination with project teams to ensure proper execution and compliance with design specifications.

• Proficiency in preparing Shop Drawings and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong background in Civil Engineering principles
• Excellent project documentation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant engineering software
• Preferably experienced in using OpenCutList for material optimization and cutting lists
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience in interior design or home improvement industry is highly preferred
