Technical Office Engineer (Site Based Consultancy Side)

review, comment, and approve architectural shop drawings submitted by the contractor.

Review and approve material submittals, samples, and mock-ups in compliance with project specifications.

Conduct site inspections to ensure all architectural works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Issue NCRs, observation reports, and site instructions when required.

Respond to contractor RFIs (Request for Information) with clear technical guidance.

Monitor the progress of architectural works and report deviations or risks to the Project Manager.

Ensure compliance with local codes, project quality plans, and safety regulations.

Attend coordination and progress meetings with contractors and project stakeholders.

Verify as-built drawings submitted by the contractor for accuracy.

Coordinate with the design team for clarifications, modifications, or updates when necessary.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.

58 years of experience, preferably with at least 3 years in a consultancy supervision role.

Strong knowledge of finishing works, architectural details, and quality control procedures.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.

Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
