  • Site Surveying: Conduct precise site visits to take As-Built measurements, ensuring that all factory-produced items fit perfectly during installation.
  • Bill of Materials (BOM): Prepare comprehensive lists of required materials, including wood types (MDF, Plywood, Solid Wood), veneers, laminates, and hardware (hinges, slides, handles).
  • Technical Review: Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential manufacturing issues before production begins.
  • Production Support: Provide the factory with all necessary technical data and solve any technical problems that arise during the fabrication or assembly phases.

Technical Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Applied Arts (Furniture Design), or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 25 years of solid experience in the woodworking or furniture manufacturing industry.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • AutoCAD: Expert level (Essential for Shop Drawings).
  • MaxCut: Expert level (Essential for Cutting Lists and Optimization).
  • MS Office: Particularly Excel for quantity surveying and cost estimation.
  • Material Expertise: Deep knowledge of various wood species, engineered boards, hardware brands (e.g., Blum, Hettich), and finishing materials (Paints, Veneers).
Required Skills
