Job purpose:
Takes part in providing technical & administrative information to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction and coordinate with the Site Technical Office Manager / Section Manager
Regularly works alongside the Site Technical Office Manager / Section Manager to update project contracts and project financial documentation to ensure the delivery of project on time.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial objectives are met by participate in preparing annual budget for the project, planning the costs and analyzing variances
- Provide the process of issuing SR and PR with the supply chain departments.
- Review subcontractors invoices with the site TO (commercial) section head
- Review and follow up the shop drawings that produced by head office TO for getting the site consultant approval.
- Compare progress between subcontractors and client invoices at the project when client invoice is issued and if there is a conflict should escalate to his manager.
- Coordinate and review the quantity surveying according to his previous references (shop drawings) with QS engineers till get the site consultant approval.
- Issue final statement invoices for the handed over projects to be reviewed and approved by site technical office manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Agricultural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 812 years of experience in landscape works, with solid experience in Technical Office operations.
- Proven experience in budget preparation, cost control, and financial variance analysis for landscape projects.
- Strong knowledge of SR & PR procedures and coordination with Supply Chain / Procurement departments.
- Hands-on experience in reviewing subcontractors invoices and coordinating with commercial and site teams.
- Advanced experience in shop drawings review, coordination with Head Office TO, and obtaining consultant approvals.
- Strong background in quantity surveying, BOQs, take-offs, and final accounts for landscape projects.
- Ability to prepare, review, and issue client invoices and final statements for handed-over projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and common QS/estimation tools.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Very good English communication skills (written & spoken).
