Technical Office Lead – Furniture

We are seeking a Technical Lead to own all technical design, shop drawings, and costing across our B2B projects (hotels, offices, and commercial spaces).

This is a critical role directly impacting project quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical office team and oversee all shop drawings
• Build accurate BOQs and project cost estimates
• Coordinate with factory to validate production costs
• Optimize designs for cost, manufacturability, and efficiency
• Manage client approvals for drawings and technical submissions
• Ensure alignment between drawings and production execution

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in furniture technical office
• Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and production processes
• Experience in costing / BOQ preparation is essential
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD and relevant software
• Strong attention to detail and leadership capability
