Technical Office Manager (Architecture is a Must)

EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Real Estate (TECH office Manager)

Role Description

• Lead and manage all Technical Office activities across real estate projects
• Prepare, review, and approve shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
• Manage full quantity surveying process (BOQ, material take-offs, and cost analysis)
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP designs and resolve all technical clashes
• Lead and supervise Technical Office engineers and ensure high-quality technical deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• From 10 TO 15 years of experience in technical office roles
• Experience in real estate industry is a must & Proven experience in commercial or mixed-use real estate projects)
• Strong experience in managing technical documentation, RFIs, and variation orders
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage technical teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
