Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve shop drawings, technical details, and material submittals.
  • Coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with codes and project specifications.
  • Supervise preparation of As-Built drawings and support site teams in resolving technical issues.
  • Review BOQs, specs, and technical offers; evaluate and approve suppliers and materials.
  • Manage 3D/Technical team and ensure accuracy of models and visual outputs.
  • Follow up on project schedule, cost control reports, RFIs, variations, and claims.
  • Lead technical teams, assign tasks, and ensure workflow compliance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly technical reports and represent the department in meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Architectural.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in contracting; 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge, AutoCAD & MS Office skills, and excellent leadership & communication abilities.
