Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Officer based in Dubai. The Technical Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, handling customer service inquiries, and performing analyses to resolve operational or technical challenges. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance or repair activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards. The role also requires effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to deliver and implement technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess problems, propose solutions, and monitor technical performance
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Laboratory Skills for service implementation, equipment oversight, and operational management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment
- A degree in engineering, technical studies, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a technical or operational support role is highly desirable
