Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Officer – Individual Medical, located in Dubai. The role involves providing technical support for individual medical insurance products, analyzing client requirements, delivering exceptional customer service, and working closely with the team to address policy inquiries. You will ensure accurate documentation, compliance with industry standards, and support laboratory-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience in UAE.
• Candidate should have sound experience in handling new individual Medical enquiries and renewal business.
• Knowledge of products of local and international plans Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Should have excellent knowledge about medical questionnaires and Table of benefits .
• Should be able to handle the complete cycle of individual medical enquiries starting from receipt of enquiry till placement is completed.
• Possesses negotiation skills
• Excellent writing and speaking skills
• Organized and attentive.
