About the Role

We Cybers is looking for a Technical Presales Engineer to join our growing team in Egypt.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process from a technical perspective, including understanding customer requirements, designing and presenting appropriate solutions, conducting product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs), and supporting solution implementation.

This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, presentation skills, customer communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into suitable technology solutions.
• Work closely with the Sales team to identify customer needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations and solution demonstrations in English.
• Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for prospective customers.
• Configure and support POC environments and troubleshoot technical issues during evaluations.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, architecture diagrams, and other presales documentation when required.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle.
• Support customers during solution deployment, implementation, and onboarding.
• Assist with technical project implementation and ensure solutions are deployed according to the agreed requirements.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and partners to address technical requirements and issues.
• Provide technical training, knowledge transfer, and guidance to customers when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and relevant industry solutions.
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Technical Presales, Solutions Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts.
• Hands-on experience with technical demonstrations, POCs, deployments, or implementations.
• Experience working directly with customers and understanding their technical requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
  

English Language Requirements

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory for this position.

The candidate must be able to:

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations in English.
• Communicate confidently with customers and technology partners in English.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prepare professional technical documentation, proposals, and emails in English.
• Participate effectively in English-speaking meetings and discussions.
