Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo (Site Based) for a Technical Procurement Team Leader Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil domains at Atrium Quality Contractors. The professional in this role will lead the procurement team in sourcing and procuring technical materials and services, ensuring compliance with quality and cost standards. Responsibilities include supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and close collaboration with project teams to meet project requirements on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation within the domains of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering.
  • Strong technical understanding of engineering concepts, specifications, and materials related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil projects.
  • Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards.
  • Ability to evaluate supplier performance and maintain effective communication with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage projects and procurement teams effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; advanced education or certifications in procurement or project management are a plus.
