Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Location: Onshore (Dubai)

Job Overview: The Product Manager will drive end-to-end development and enhancement of Holiday Market's digital platforms, including website and mobile applications. The role focuses on technology-led product planning, execution, and optimization, working closely with engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance travel solutions. The Product Manager owns the product roadmap, manages feature priori za on, ensures seamless system integrations, and continuously improves customer and operational experiences through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the product roadmap for Holiday Market's digital platforms, aligning with business and technology strategy.

Prepare detailed Functional Requirements (FRDs), user stories, workflows, and obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams to finalize project scope, budgets, and timelines before development ini a on.

Coordinate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and external vendors for timely, high-quality delivery of features.

Drive budget planning, cost control, and monitor adherence throughout project lifecycle.

Manage third-party system integrations including APIs, suppliers, payment gateways, CRM, and other travel platforms.

Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs.

Lead requirement grooming, sprint planning, UAT, release management, and post-release reviews.

Monitor platform performance and customer feedback to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, technical workflows, and operational processes.

Act as the central coordinator between business, technology, operations, and leadership for all product-related decisions. Leadership & Strategy:

Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to align with company vision and goals.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term technology and product strategy.

Present periodic product performance and project updates to senior management.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in travel, e-commerce, or digital platforms.

Proven track record in technology product development and platform management.

Experience managing and developing cross-functional teams at a senior level.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in product management for web and mobile applications.

Hands-on knowledge of technology stacks, APIs, integrations, and digital platforms.

Ability to prepare FRDs, user stories, workflows, and obtain approvals from stakeholders.

Experience in budget planning, cost es ma on, and financial coordination for tech projects.

Solid understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, UAT, and release management.

Analytical mindset to interpret product metrics, customer feedback, and system data. Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving, priori za on, and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of UX/UI principles, performance optimization, and system scalability.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Stakeholder negotiation and risk management experience (optional but preferred). Desired Traits:
