Technical Product Owner with a solid technical foundation and strong understanding of AI-driven technologies to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution, driving innovation through AI integrations and automation tools such as LiveKit, n8n, and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-related projects and automation tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to translate product goals into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Create detailed and technically sound user stories that align with system architecture and scalability needs.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of features involving AI workflows, real-time communication systems (LiveKit), and automation tools (n8n).
- Evaluate technical feasibility, define acceptance criteria, and ensure high-quality delivery with engineering teams.
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation frameworks, to identify new opportunities for product improvement.
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and timelines.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
- Strong technical background prior experience as a software developer is mandatory.
- Proven ability to create and manage complex technical user stories and understand system-level architecture.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-related tools and frameworks such as LiveKit, n8n, LangChain, or AI agent systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with conversational AI, workflow automation, or building AI-powered customer experiences.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools.
- Background in SaaS or communication platforms.
