About the Role

We are looking for a VLSI Program Manager to drive execution of complex RTL Design and Design Verification programs for next-generation SoCs across AI, HPC, Networking, and Data Center domains.

You will partner with Architecture, RTL Design, Verification, DFT, and Physical Design teams to deliver high-quality silicon from concept to tape-out.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution across RTL Design and Verification.
• Drive key milestones including Architecture Freeze, RTL Freeze, Verification Closure, and Tape-out Readiness.
• Track schedules, dependencies, risks, coverage metrics, regressions, and bug closure.
• Lead cross-functional reviews, issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
• Ensure alignment between engineering deliverables, customer commitments, and product timelines.

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• 6–12 years of experience in Semiconductor Program Management, RTL Design, or Design Verification.
• Strong understanding of ASIC/SoC development lifecycle.
• Experience managing complex silicon programs across multiple engineering teams.

Preferred Expertise

• Knowledge of RTL Design, SystemVerilog, UVM, Verification Methodologies, Coverage Closure, and SoC Integration.
• Familiarity with CPU, GPU, AI/ML Accelerator, Networking, or Data Center SoCs.
• Understanding of AMBA AXI, PCIe, DDR, CXL, and high-speed protocols.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and program execution frameworks.
