Technical Program Manager

Role Purpose:

We are hiring for the role of Technical Program Manager - plans, coordinates, executes and manages a portfolio of projects. The Program Manager actively leads all aspects of the projects from start to finish, including project team definition, project planning, documentation, project execution, tracking, reporting, rollout, interfaces with training and support groups, and program communication.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

• Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Drive API integration programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define program scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• Own and independently manage KRAs with minimal supervision.
• Ensure timely execution, risk mitigation, and dependency management.
• Work closely with product, engineering, business, and partner teams.
• Track and report program progress, metrics, and executive updates.
• Identify process improvements to enhance program efficiency.

What matters in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is required. An MBA in addition to BE/B.Tech will be considered an added advantage.
• 6+ years of experience in program/project management.
• Prefer candidates from Fintech Industry
• Strong experience in managing API integration projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
