Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with extensive experience leading Core Banking Transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered end-to-end Core Banking implementations, migrations, or modernization initiatives while managing enterprise-scale programs, cross-functional teams, and banking stakeholders. Experience with leading Core Banking platforms is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Core Banking transformation and modernization programs.
- Manage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, RAID, governance, and executive reporting.
- Drive solution implementation, integration, testing, migration, deployment, and hypercare.
- Coordinate with business, architecture, infrastructure, security, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Manage integrations with Payments, Cards, Treasury, AML, KYC, CRM, ERP, and Digital Banking platforms.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and enterprise governance.
- Lead vendor management, stakeholder communication, and project risk mitigation.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience in Banking/Financial Services.
- Minimum 5+ years managing Core Banking Transformation or Digital Banking programs.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Core Banking implementation, migration, or modernization projects.
- Strong expertise in Temenos T24, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finacle, FIS, Mambu, or Finastra.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, REST APIs, Microservices, Middleware, Kafka/MQ, and SOA.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps, CI/CD, and Release Management.
- Experience managing global delivery teams, multi-vendor environments, budgeting, and executive stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, OCI) and Open Banking initiatives.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, PCI-DSS, AML/KYC, and banking regulatory frameworks.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe/CSM, or ITIL certifications.

- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe Agilist
- ITIL Foundation (Preferred)
