What You'll Be Doin
g:Delivery Planning & Executi
- onPartner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to translate BRDs and requirements into clear, executable delivery plan
- s.Define and maintain realistic timelines, milestones, and schedules across multiple teams and system
- s.Track day-to-day progress, ensuring tasks move forward and following up with owners to prevent delay
- s.Own delivery accountability by clearly answering: Are we on track, and if not, what are we doing about i

Cross-Team Coordination & Risk Managem
- entManage dependencies across frontend, backend, ERP, integrations, infrastructure, and supporting syste
- ms.Identify, track, and escalate risks, blockers, and delivery threats early, while driving mitigation optio
- ns.Support Engineering Managers in protecting team focus and managing scope changes during sprints and delivery cycl

What You Bring to the
- Table:3–6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven enviro
- nment.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery prac
- tices.Experience working with cross-functional technical teams across multiple systems and plat
- forms.Hands-on experience using Jira (or similar tools) to manage delivery and exec
- ution.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple streams of work simultane
