Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex consent management implementation (Cassie platform). This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems, aligning technical workstreams, and driving delivery across a highly distributed ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating across product, engineering, architecture, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery Ownership
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery for all Cassie-related workstreams
Translate PRD (v0.3) into:
- Defined work packages
- Delivery milestones
- System-level deliverables
Ensure alignment across:
- Cassie configuration
- MuleSoft APIs and event layers
- Source systems (e.g., websites, booking engines, CEC)
- Downstream systems (e.g., Braze, GCM, Opera)
Integration Orchestration
- Act as the primary coordinator for all Cassie integrations
Define and drive clarity on:
- Event contracts
- Data payload structures
- End-to-end data flow (Source → MuleSoft → Cassie → downstream systems)
Proactively identify and resolve:
- Missing or incomplete data fields
- Identity resolution gaps
- System incompatibilities and assumptions
Workshop & Design Facilitation
Co-lead technical workshops with:
- Product (WMI)
- Architecture
- Engineering teams
- MuleSoft team
- External vendors
Translate discussions into:
- Clear technical decisions
- Documented workflows and architecture
- Actionable next steps
Cassie Configuration Ownership
Translate business and product requirements into:
- Cassie data model configuration
- Consent category setup (e.g., Gaming vs. Non-Gaming)
- Channel-level consent mapping
- Policy enforcement rules
Ensure Cassie:
- Supports WMI consent models
- Scales across multiple touchpoints
- Meets compliance and regulatory requirements
Dependency & Risk Management
Identify and manage cross-system dependencies early:
- Website, booking systems, rewards platforms, CEC, etc.
- Identity management challenges
- Compliance dependencies (e.g., gaming consent requirements)
Maintain:
- Risk log
- Dependency tracker
- Decision log
Testing & Production Readiness
Define and track:
- Integration testing scenarios
- UAT scenarios per source system
- Consent propagation validation processes
Ensure:
- Audit trails are complete and verifiable
- Edge cases are fully covered (e.g., anonymous users, multi-email users, logged-in states)
Cross-Vendor Coordination
Serve as the single point of coordination for Cassie-related delivery across:
- MuleSoft teams
- Digital engineering teams
- Braze
- GCM/Genesis teams
- External platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster, SevenRooms)
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of:
- API integrations and event-driven architectures
- Middleware platforms (preferably MuleSoft)
- Data flow design and system integration patterns
- Experience working with consent management platforms or regulated data environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and vendors
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
