Role Summary
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for endtoend delivery of complex technology programs within a regulated banking environment. The role leads multivendor and internal IT teams to deliver solutions across environments through successful golive, ensuring strong governance, risk management, and crossregion alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own endtoend technology delivery across vendors, internal IT teams, environments, and production golive
- Support RFP and vendor selection activities, including technical inputs and delivery assessments
- Define and manage the IT delivery roadmap, milestones, and interprogram dependencies
- Coordinate and govern multivendor implementation teams
- Own IT risk management, environment readiness, cutover planning, and golive execution
- Drive delivery governance, including status reporting, issue tracking, and escalation
- Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks, standards, and controls
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure production readiness
Required Experience & Background
- Proven delivery experience on largescale banking IT programs
- Handson experience with wealth or investment platform implementations
- Strong background in multivendor delivery governance
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, environments, and release management
- Experience operating in regulated, enterprisescale IT environments
