Role Summary
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology programs within a regulated banking environment. The role leads multi‑vendor and internal IT teams to deliver solutions across environments through successful go‑live, ensuring strong governance, risk management, and cross‑region alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end technology delivery across vendors, internal IT teams, environments, and production go‑live
- Support RFP and vendor selection activities, including technical inputs and delivery assessments
- Define and manage the IT delivery roadmap, milestones, and inter‑program dependencies
- Coordinate and govern multi‑vendor implementation teams
- Own IT risk management, environment readiness, cutover planning, and go‑live execution
- Drive delivery governance, including status reporting, issue tracking, and escalation
- Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks, standards, and controls
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure production readiness
Required Experience & Background
- Proven delivery experience on large‑scale banking IT programs
- Hands‑on experience with wealth or investment platform implementations
- Strong background in multi‑vendor delivery governance
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, environments, and release management
- Experience operating in regulated, enterprise‑scale IT environments
