We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with 10–12 years of experience to lead enterprise software delivery. This is a full-time, Work from Office role based out of our Bengaluru location.

️ What You Will Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects from requirements through deployment.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering, and DevOps teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation registers.

What We Are Looking For:

• Mandatory: 10–12 years of core IT experience with a strong delivery track record.
• Technical Roots: Hands-on past/present development experience in Node.js or Python.
• Architecture: Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• DevOps: Practical experience with Docker and containerized application deployments.
• Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management and an ownership mindset.
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certifications; exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD.
