Technical Project Manager

Position: Project Manager – APAC Delivery Team

Location: Gurgaon, India - hybrid

Employment Type: Permanent position

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from presales through deployment, go-live, stabilization, and transition to Customer Success.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing Project Manager for enterprise deployments.
• Drive project planning, execution, stakeholder management, governance meetings, and executive reviews.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, Delivery Engineers, Solution Engineers, Support, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, escalations, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Ensure successful project delivery while achieving customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Contribute to delivery process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled project management practices.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of customer-facing Project Management experience.
• Experience managing multiple enterprise technology projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, and commercial management skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity, networking, cloud security, or enterprise IT environments is preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management from presales to post-deployment.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region (10–15%) and support customers across multiple APAC time zones.
