Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Technical Project Manager I at Avnzor.
This role is focused on driving structured delivery across mobile app development, backend systems, Shopify, and payment integrations. You will translate business goals into technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Avnzor's growth objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end technical project delivery across app, backend, and ecommerce systems
- Creating and maintaining product roadmaps and sprint plans
- Structuring and prioritizing backlogs aligned with commercial objectives
- Coordinating cross-functional teams (App, Backend, Shopify, Payments, Operations)
- Tracking dependencies across 60,000+ SKU ecosystem
- Managing risks, blockers, and technical escalations
- Ensuring clear documentation of workflows and system architecture
- Aligning releases with campaign calendars and business milestones
- Monitoring post-release stability and performance
This is not an administrative role this is a delivery ownership role in a scaling ecommerce environment.
Qualifications- Proven experience managing technical projects in ecommerce or digital platforms
- Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle
- Experience working with backend systems, APIs, and integrations
- Strong Agile / Scrum project management experience
- Experience using Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
- Understanding of payment integrations and checkout flows preferred
- Experience in high-SKU ecommerce environments preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
