The Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead software development projects from concept to delivery. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with technical and business objectives.
This role requires both strong project management expertise and a solid understanding of software development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development projects (web, mobile, SaaS platforms)
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with engineering teams
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively
- Ensure clear communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Track project performance using KPIs and reporting tools
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management in a software environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to understand technical architecture and communicate effectively with developers
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Technical background (former developer, QA, or systems engineer)
- Experience managing SaaS or enterprise-level software projects
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
- Experience working with distributed/remote teams
