Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives align with organizational goals and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Agile,
- Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet defined requirements and standards.
- Continuously assess project outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical project management or IT program management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), cloud technologies, and IT
- infrastructure.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
