Role Overview
Within the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team, we are seeking professionals who are passionate about delivering customer success. As a Cybersecurity Readiness Lead Team Member, you will be responsible for building and delivering training programs that enable Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical customer issues, with a strong focus on Microsoft security technologies.
Required Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of Security, Compliance, Entra ID, or Device Management technologies
- (Experience with Microsoft Defender and Azure is preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Security products and/or Entra ID or Management solutions, aligned with the SC-900 certification level
- Trainer certification and/or additional Microsoft technology certifications
Language Requirements:
- English: Confident in reading, writing, and speaking
Required Experience
- 68 years of relevant experience in technical project management, cybersecurity readiness, security training, or related technology roles
