Role Purpose
The Technical Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for client relationships and acts as the liaison between clients and the Staq technical team. This role is critical for ensuring client satisfaction, managing expectations and coordinating delivery efforts across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full client relationship lifecycle
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Staq technical team
- Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and understood by the delivery team
- Monitor project health, timelines and deliverables
- Escalate risks and issues to the Growth Team as needed
- Conduct regular client status meetings and reporting
- Drive client satisfaction and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with the Growth Team on account expansion opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing delivery or account management roles
- Technical qualification
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements
- PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent certification preferred
- Arabic and English fluency required.
