Job Summary
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving execution, ensuring delivery discipline, and maintaining alignment across engineering and product teams.
This role ensures that:
- requirements are clear before development
- timelines are defined and respected
- blockers are identified and resolved early
The position acts as the execution backbone of engineering, enabling teams to deliver consistently, predictably, and with high quality.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
1. Sprint Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage sprint cycles
- Define clear sprint goals with engineering and product
- Ensure realistic workload allocation
2. Delivery Tracking
- Track all active tasks, timelines, and milestones
- Ensure progress is visible and measurable
- Identify delays and take corrective action
3. Blocker Identification & Resolution
- Identify technical and operational blockers early
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues
- Escalate risks when necessary
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Align:
- Engineering
- Product
- Financial & Analytics
- Ensure smooth communication across teams
5. Requirement Clarity Enforcement
- Ensure all tasks are clearly defined before development
- Push back on unclear or incomplete requirements
- Maintain structured and organized workflows
6. Process & Discipline
- Enforce Agile / Scrum practices
- Maintain discipline in tools (Jira, Notion, etc.)
- Ensure consistency in execution processes
7. Reporting & Visibility
- Provide regular updates on:
- delivery status
- risks and bottlenecks
- team progress
- Maintain transparency for leadership
8. Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows
- Improve processes to increase delivery speed and quality
